Can the products be put in the dishwasher?

No, our products are not dishwasher safe.


How to clean the products?

For the maintenance of your bottle or can, we recommend regularly cleaning it with hot soapy water and rinsing thoroughly. For a more thorough cleaning, you can add a tablespoon of baking soda.


Can I put the products in the refrigerator?

We do not recommend putting the products in the refrigerator, this would have no effect because of the double stainless steel wall which prevents any temperature change. Putting them in the freezer could damage them. In order to have a cool drink, we recommend filling the bottle with a drink that was already in the refrigerator or adding ice cubes.


Are the products compatible with sparkling beverages?

It is not recommended to put soft drinks in our insulated containers.

Indeed, if you fill your can or insulated bottle with a soft drink and the cap is tightened too much, the gas pressure can create reactions and damage the container.


Can I put some ice cubes?

Yes, all our products are designed to allow easy insertion of ice cubes.


Are the products resistant ?

Our products are made of stainless steel and therefore very resistant to shocks.


Do the products contain BPA?

All our products are guaranteed with 0% BPA.


Are the products durable?

Yes, our products are made of stainless steel, a material that does not oxidize. And a little extra for the environment, it is 90% recyclable.


Are the materials used for our products healthy?

Yes, we have chosen stainless steel for our products because it is completely harmless to health and does not affect the taste of the drinks.


Can the taste of drinks be altered?

No, the materials used for our products allow you to preserve the taste of your drinks perfectly.


Can I get through airport security with a bottle?

Make sure the containers are empty and you will be able to pass through security without any worries.


In what packaging are the products delivered?

The products are delivered with a 100% recyclable bag. 

      


Is it possible to customize the bottles?

Yes it is possible to customize the products. We can make an engraving (e.g. your brand logo) or a complete design.

Are the products leakproof?

Isothermal bottles are perfectly leakproof, thanks to a hermetic cap fitted with a silicone seal that prevents any risk of leakage.

Isothermal cans are perfectly leakproof, thanks to a silicone seal on the lid and a retractable spout.


Where are Les Artistes Paris products made? Where are they stored and delivered? 

All products are manufactured in a regulated, audited and monitored factory in China. The team has its own offices and staff recruited to carry out regular audits to validate compliance and adherence to the code of conduct. Products are stored in our own warehouse in Normandy, and all customers, professional and private, are delivered from our warehouse. 


Can I exchange or return one or more products from my order?

You can return your product if you notice any manufacturing defects. Please send an e-mail to support@lesartistesparis.com so that your request can be processed as quickly as possible. We don't exchange products in our online store, so please recommend the item you wish to exchange..


How do I return my order?

If your order is not to your liking, you have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return it for a refund. The products you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging and accompanied by their labels. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your customer account

2. Go to "My orders".

3. Select the relevant order, the products you wish to return and the quantity.

4. Click on "Return a product". This option will not appear if you exceed the 14-day time limit.

5. Please be patient so that our internal service can validate your return request.

6. Return to your customer account, tab "Product return", then print the return form.

7. Slide in the completed returns form. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return quickly.

8. Deposit your parcel, have your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. As soon as we receive your package in compliance with our return conditions, we will proceed with your refund.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Our packages are prepared in the morning and sent by Colissimo every day (working days) in the early afternoon.

In France, delivery takes between 1 and 3 days.

In Europe, it will take between 3 and 7 days.

You'll receive your Colissimo tracking by SMS on your phone.


What type of stainless steel do we use for our isothermal containers?

We use 18/10 stainless steel for all our isothermal containers:

- Does not alter the taste of beverages

- Resistant to impact and high temperatures

- Corrosion-resistant

- Easy to clean by hand

- Free from harmful substances and plasticizers such as BPA, BPS and phthalates.
