How do I place an order as a B2B customer?

To place an order, please log in using the email address provided to the Les Artistes Paris team and your password. If this is your first time logging in, click on "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions to create a new one. Once logged in, you can select the desired products and complete your order.

New B2B clients wishing to purchase our products can create an account by filling out the dedicated registration form. After your client profile is validated by our team, please allow 1 to 3 business days before you can log in and place an order.

How many products are sent per batch?

The products are sent in batches of 4 and individually for individuals. 

Is there a minimum order quantity for B2B customers?

The minimum order amount is 200€. 

What are the shipping costs for professionals ?

Delivery is free for orders over 200€ excluding VAT.

What are the methods of payment?

It is possible to pay by credit card, bank transfer or SEPA.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days. 

Are the products guaranteed?

Yes, all products are guaranteed for 1 year.

Is the POS proposed with the products ?

We offer free Point of Sale Advertisements (POS).
