What are the return conditions?
If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund.
Our return conditions:
The products you wish to return must be in their original packaging and accompanied by their tags.
The return form must be included in your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure you comply with these conditions, otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return request.
We do not offer exchanges on our online store, so we invite you to reorder the desired item.

How to proceed with a return?

If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund.
The products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by their tags.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to the "My Orders" section.
3. Select the relevant order, the products you wish to return, and the quantity.
4. Click on "Return a product". This option will not be available if you exceed the 14-day deadline.
5. Please wait while our internal team validates your return request.
6. Return to your customer account, go to the "Product Return" tab, and print the return form.
7. Include the completed return form in your package. If this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return quickly.
8. Drop off your package, get your proof of deposit stamped, and keep it.
Once we receive your package and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will proceed with your refund.

How long does it take to process my return?
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been validated.
Your account will be credited within 7 business days after receiving your return in our warehouse.
