All products are manufactured in a regulated, audited and monitored factory in China. The team has its own offices and staff recruited to carry out regular audits to validate compliance and adherence to the code of conduct. Products are stored in our own warehouse in Normandy, and all customers, professional and private, are delivered from our warehouse.

The Pull Can'It are perfectly waterproof due to the silicone seal on the lid and a retractable spout that prevents any risk of leaks.

No, our products are not dishwasher safe.
For the maintenance of your Bottle 'Up or Pull Can'It, we advise you to regularly clean with hot soapy water and rinse well. For a more thorough cleaning, you can add a tablespoon of baking soda.
We do not recommend putting the products in the refrigerator, this would have no effect because of the double stainless steel wall which prevents any temperature change. Putting them in the freezer could damage them. In order to have a cool drink, we recommend filling the bottle with a drink that was already in the refrigerator or adding ice cubes.
It is not recommended to put soft drinks in our insulated containers.
Indeed, if you fill your can or insulated bottle with a soft drink and the cap is tightened too much, the gas pressure can create reactions and damage the container.

"and you will receive an email to create a new one. Once connected, you will be able to select the desired products and place your order.
For new BtoB customers who wish to purchase our products, you must fill in all the necessary fields to create an account. You will have to wait 1 to 3 working days to have your customer file validated by the Artists Paris team. You will then be able to connect and place an order.
The products are sent in batches of 4 and individually for individuals.
The minimum order amount is 200€.
Delivery is free for orders over 200€ excluding VAT.

Delivery costs are free for orders over 30€, for orders under 30€ there is a 5€ delivery charge.

The bottle bag and cases can carry and protect 500ml insulated bottles and cans.
The only difference is that the black bag, part number A-2292, has a strap for hanging the bag containing the water bottle. This is compatible with all other pouches. The strap is not currently available as a spare part.
The metal part of the infuser should be left to infuse in hot water for 2 minutes, with your tea bag or loose tea.
The tea infuser can be used :
- in a bottle, its size is perfectly adapted to block the infuser holder and let the metal part with the tea infuse in hot water
- in an insulated mug or cup at home or in the office
